In mid-December of last year, you may recall reading that Jeff Overton had been arrested for disorderly conduct in Bloomington, Indiana.
On December 21st, Overton entered a guilty plea to the court on those disorderly conduct charges.
The police report said officers witnessed Overton yelling from his limousine at a group of people as his limo was blocking traffic flow in front of a local establishment on Walnut street -- Kilroy's Sports Bar.
The driver of the limo said they were outside waiting on others to emerge from the sports bar when police instructed him he could not block the flow of traffic.
Later in the evening, the limousine was pulled over after reports of Oveton yelling at several people.Reports say that Overton refused to corporate with police after being asked to present his identification.
The preceding judge of the case Judge Teresa D. Harper ordered Overton to 30 hours of community service and to pay the $165 in court administrative costs.

Jeff Overton arrested on misdemeanor charges in Indiana
Jeff Overton was arrested last Saturday morning in Bloomington, Indiana for three counts of misdemeanor charges including public intoxication.
The 28-year old, who played golf at Indiana University was booked into the Monroe County jail and was released the following afternoon at noon, posting his $500 bond.

A police report described Overton’s behavior as “belligerent,” and he reportedly told officers “he wasn’t going to do anything.”
Officers say Overton's breath smelled of alcohol, he had glassy eyes and was slurring his speech.
Overton told the local newspaper, Herald-Times, that he plans to challenge the charges.
“I feel my rights were violated,” he told the newspaper. “I’m sitting in my own limo and got pulled out. Other than that, I’m going to let my lawyer handle it.”
Unfortunately, this is not the first time Overton has been arrested in Bloomington on public intoxication charges.
In December of 2007, he was charged with public intoxication, though the charges were eventually dropped as Overton enrolled himself in a pre-trial diversion program.
Similar charges were also dropped in 2001 and 2003 the Herald Times reports.
